Passionate about all things food and sustainable agriculture, Eunice Lee is a graduate of Hamilton College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies and French. Eunice is an avid believer that art and digital media are critical tools for creating positive social change and telling untold stories. She hopes to continue using her interdisciplinary background to advocate for issues that matter to her, including: the reduction of food waste, labor rights for farmers, diversity in the workplace, and wider access to healthy food. Her other interests include attending rock concerts, eating Korean cuisine, and listening to political podcasts.
